Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically credit within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation, which typically takes 5–60 minutes depending on the network. Asahan88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by Asahan88 within the timeframes described below. Processing times begin once a withdrawal request has been approved and do not include the transit time of the receiving bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to the chosen method must be met; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder.
Asahan88 applies a same-source policy: funds should be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposits wherever operationally possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all Members.
Players who deposit using BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, or BNB will have their balance credited at the MYR equivalent rate prevailing at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain. Cryptocurrency valuations fluctuate; Asahan88 is not liable for any gain or loss arising from exchange rate movements between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation. A 2% crypto deposit bonus of up to MYR 688 applies to eligible crypto deposits and is subject to a 15× rollover requirement before withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by Asahan88 are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between the general terms herein and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of fifteen times (15×) the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a Bonus of RM100, you must place total bets of at least RM1,500 before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. While you hold an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM250 (or equivalent), unless Asahan88 has communicated a different limit for a specific promotion. Placing a single bet exceeding this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in bonus forfeiture without warning.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows: video slots — 100%; fishing games — 50%; live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) — 10%; sports bets — 20%; crash games — 30%. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Members enrolled in the Asahan88 loyalty programme accumulate points based on qualifying wagers. Points contribute toward tier advancement (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and associated benefits. Points and tier status are governed by the programme terms, which are available on the Platform. Asahan88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time.
